Design
All LAPAR valves are produced by employing the best raw material, carefully selected, correctly identified and analyzed. The machining is carried out with the latest equipments according to the most up-to-date methods. All LAPAR products are constantly tested and inspected to ensure that overning standards and tolerances are strictly complied with.
LAPAR valves are designed to the basic principle of hydrodynamics so that pressure drop and turbulence are reduced, thus allowing a smooth flow of fluids with the minimum of restriction.
LAPAR utilizes the latest edition of SOLIDWORKS CAD AND PRO/E system and COSMOS FINITE ELEMENTS ANALYSIS engineering software for valve design purposes. The system allows the Company to export drawings and datasheets to standard MS-Windows PC for an easy and accurate use by the various
departments.
Manufacturing
Adhering to LAPAR’s corporate concept of “Quality first, credit standing paramountcy, service oriented, pursuit of excellence”, LAPAR follows integrated solutions and provides overall services before, during and after sales, including design, model selection, manufacturing, service, installation, maintenance and instruction.
Inventory
In order to shorten the delivery time, we are constantly increasing inventory investment, improve inventory. At present, LAPAR have stocks of ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, actuators, accessories and semi-finished products and finished products. Total inventory 50000 butterfly valves, ball valves, control valves, actuators cumulative inventory 5000, total inventory 5000, annex a total of 100000 units. We strive to provide spot for the 80% customer orders.
Service
We provide valve selection and the technical specifications, for each valve, we provide technical computing simulation specifications, graphs, diagrams, feature descriptions. We offer not only products, but also technologies and services.
